Introduction
We’re thrilled to announce that Verveware has successfully integrated with HHAeXchange, empowering agencies across Illinois to meet Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) requirements with ease and confidence.
As a trusted provider of Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems, Verveware is committed to delivering compliant, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. Now, with our new integration with HHAeXchange, Verveware users can enjoy streamlined access to data and seamless reporting for state compliance.
EVV Compliance with State Aggregator
The Illinois Department on Aging (IDOA), alongside Illinois Medicaid and other agencies, requires providers to comply with EVV standards with the new IDOA State Aggregator. Through the new IDOA State Aggregator HHAeXchange, Verveware users can now easily report critical EVV data, such as caregiver check-in and check-out times, directly to Illinois’ systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Our integration with HHAeXchange is designed to facilitate data exchange using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), allowing agencies that use Verveware to comply with state EVV requirements without switching to a new EVV provider. This partnership not only provides compliance at no additional cost but also empowers our clients to maintain continuity with their existing systems.
Key Benefits of Verveware's State Aggregator Integration
Enhanced Compliance: Easily meet Illinois’ EVV requirements by transmitting data directly to HHAeXchange, ensuring your agency stays compliant with evolving regulations.
Improved Efficiency: Reduce administrative workload with automatic data exchange, enabling agencies to focus more on care quality and less on manual data entry.
Flexible Data Usage: Verveware users can choose to utilize this integration for various contract types, including state contracts, MCO contracts, and other payer sources, providing the flexibility agencies need to operate effectively.
How the Integration Works:
Verveware’s integration with HHAeXchange leverages a direct API connection to allow seamless transfer of EVV data. With this setup, your agency can continue capturing the time, date, and location of services using Verveware’s user-friendly EVV system while sending that data automatically to HHAeXchange. Whether you’re tracking time for state contracts, MCOs, or other sources, our system ensures data integrity across platforms.
Agencies with existing Verveware systems simply need to enable this integration and proceed with the EDI implementation. By doing so, Verveware will handle the automated data export, providing real-time compliance without additional manual steps.
Steps For Current Verveware Users
Confirm Enrollment: Agencies currently using Verveware can select the integration option in the IDOA Provider Enrollment Form.
Provider Attestation: Agencies currently using Verveware have to attest that Verveware is connected to the State Aggregator.
Let Verveware do the rest!: Once both forms are complete, Verveware will take it from there!
Looking Ahead
This integration with HHAeXchange marks a significant milestone in Verveware’s mission to support agencies with comprehensive, compliant, and effective EVV solutions. We’re excited to continue innovating and partnering with industry leaders to offer our clients the best tools for success.
