Finding the right document shouldn’t mean scrolling through pages of records or downloading files one at a time. Verveware’s new Document Manager gives homecare agencies one place within Reports to find, view, download, and export the documents they need.

Find the Right Document Without Digging Through Records

Document Manager is available directly within Verveware’s Reports section, giving agency administrators a centralized way to work with their documents.

Instead of searching manually through pages of content, you can narrow the report using filters at the top of the page. Available filters include:

• Client

• Caregiver

• Supervisor

• Location

• Type

• Date range

• Document type

These filters make it easier to get from a large collection of agency records to the specific documents you’re looking for.

For example, if you need documents associated with a particular caregiver during a specific date range, you can apply those criteria instead of reviewing unrelated files. If you’re looking for a certain document type for one client, you can narrow the results accordingly.

For busy home care agency administrators, that means less time spent searching and more direct access to the records needed for day-to-day operations.

View and Download Documents From Reports

Once you locate a document, you can view it directly within the Reports section.

This is useful when you need to check a document before deciding whether it needs to be downloaded or included with other records. You can review what you found without having to leave the reporting workflow simply to identify the file.

When you do need a local copy, the document can be downloaded with a click.

Putting search, viewing, and downloading together gives administrators a more practical homecare document management workflow. Rather than treating reporting and document access as separate tasks, Document Manager keeps the process in one place.

Export Multiple Documents in One ZIP File

Sometimes you don’t need one document—you need a group of them. Downloading each file individually can become repetitive, especially when you’re assembling records across a particular client, caregiver, location, document type, or period.

Document Manager adds a bulk export option for these situations.

To create a bulk export:

1. Use the available filters to locate the documents you need.

2. Select the documents you want to export.

3. Click “Export to ZIP.”

Verveware then directs you automatically to the Report Pickup page.

Your ZIP file will initially appear with a “Pending” status while Verveware prepares the export. You can track its status from Report Pickup and download the ZIP file once it is ready.

This gives agencies a straightforward way to collect multiple relevant documents without having to download every file separately.

A More Practical Way to Handle Homecare Agency Documents

Document Manager is designed around a common administrative need: getting to the right records quickly.

Filters help narrow the document set. In-report viewing lets you confirm what you found. Individual downloads handle one-off needs, while bulk ZIP exports make it easier to collect a larger set of documents.

The result is a simpler workflow inside the same Verveware reporting environment agency teams already use for reporting and operational visibility.
