Introduction
We’re thrilled to unveil a new add-on feature for Verveware: Telephony Tasks! This feature empowers caregivers to manage tasks seamlessly through phone calls, making compliance and task reporting more efficient than ever.
At Verveware, we are continuously innovating to enhance the daily operations of home care providers. With Telephony Tasks, caregivers can now manage tasks directly from their phones, aligning their actions with the client's Plan of Care (POC) in a few simple steps.
How Telephone Tasks Work
Telephony Tasks simplify task management, allowing caregivers to add and track tasks on the go. Here’s how it works:
Step #1: Call from an Authorized Client Phone Number
Caregivers simply need to make a call from a pre-approved client phone number.Step #2: Clock-In or Clock-Out
Press ‘1’ to clock in or ‘2’ to clock out, then press the Pound (#) key.Step #3: Add Tasks on Clock-Out
When clocking out, caregivers have two options for task reporting:Press ‘1’ to add all tasks in the client's POC at once.
Press ‘2’ to add individual tasks, separated by the asterisk (*) key, allowing for detailed task tracking.
This streamlined approach ensures that caregivers can accurately log completed tasks, improving compliance with the POC and enhancing the quality of care delivered to clients.
Why Telephony Tasks Matter:
Easy Task Reporting: Caregivers can quickly log tasks, saving time and reducing manual paperwork.
Enhanced Compliance: Ensure all tasks in the POC are accounted for with each visit.
Convenient Access: No need for additional devices or applications — all it takes is a phone call.
